I am the co-owner and operator of Kelley Appraisal and Real Estate Services, providing fee appraisal services throughout most of Riverside County for over 25 years. A native Californian and fourth-generation Coachella Valley resident, I bring deep local insight and a strong connection to the community.
I began my appraisal career more than two decades ago and, after obtaining my license, immediately launched my work as an independent fee appraiser. I initially served local mortgage brokers and banks before expanding to work with lending institutions nationwide.
My experience covers residential real estate valuation, including single-family homes, estate properties, multifamily dwellings (1–4 units), and land appraisals. I am a proud member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers and adhere to the highest professional standards set by USPAP and its Code of Ethics. Ongoing professional training and a firm commitment to ethical practice ensure every client receives accurate, objective, and dependable appraisal services.
