Hosted an Open House event ...Real estate is rarely a straight line. This one was a bit of an adventure. We negotiated a strong deal on a home that checked nearly every box for my buyers (10/10 is a unicorn—this was a solid 9). During inspections, a few items popped up that made us pause and reassess. We leaned in, renegotiated, and drove the price down even further. End result: a great home in a 55+ golf course community with west-facing mountain views. Worth the extra work.
